The 2026 Annual Producer Meeting (APM) will be held via Zoom on Thursday, October 15, from 2:00–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Producers are invited to register and review the 2026 Report to Producers ahead of the meeting.

Information for Ontario Producers

Due to the competitive environment, Circular Materials’ 2027 fees for Ontario producers were shared through a separate Producer Advisory Group (PAG) meeting and are available on the WeRecyclePortal.

Meeting Times — Thursday, October 15

• British Columbia and the Yukon: 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Alberta and Saskatchewan: noon–2:00 p.m.
• Manitoba: 1:00–3:00 p.m.
• Ontario: 2:00–4:00 p.m.
• Nova Scotia and New Brunswick: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
