Welcome to the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (“CFIG”) web application (the “App”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

5. Event Registration and Exhibitor Participation

If you use the App to register for events or submit exhibitor information:

• All registration and participation is subject to approval by CFIG
• Payments, cancellations, and refunds (if applicable) are governed by separate event-specific policies
• Exhibitors must comply with all event-specific rules provided by CFIG

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and logos on the App are the property of CFIG or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. CFIG is not responsible for the content or practices of any third parties and does not endorse any third-party content.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFIG disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CFIG will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to CFIG or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
