If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. User Accounts To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. Intellectual Property All content, materials, trademarks, and logos on the App are the property of CFIG or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission. 7. Third-Party Links The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. CFIG is not responsible for the content or practices of any third parties and does not endorse any third-party content. 8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
